Foundation governance

Ayasoufi Foundation is an Ohio nonprofit corporation recognized as a 501(c)(3) public charity.

The Foundation follows its governing documents and applicable nonprofit requirements. Bylaws, meeting minutes, financial statements, and other eligible records are available by request. Minutes are not posted publicly.

Governance Records Request

Provide enough detail for us to identify the requested record. We may redact or withhold information when required to protect personal, confidential, privileged, or legally restricted material.

Please do not submit sensitive information. Do not include Social Security numbers, bank information, passwords, medical information, or confidential personal data.
